RETURN, REFUND/EXCHANGES & WARRANTY POLICIES

By visiting our resort and booking something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all customers, including without limitation users who are vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Any new features or tools which are added to the current amenities shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to check this periodically for changes.

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT:

In case of a Misplaced and Defective amenities:

• If the amenities are not same to booking order it may replace to same amenities which is same as order.

• The Reservation & Cancellation policy will be applicable as per ParkCity Resort’s policy.

IN CASE THE CUSTOMER CHANGES HIS/HER MIND:

If a customer fails to come after confirming the booking for any reason, the remaining amount will be refunded by adjusting 50% of the booking amount.

If refund is accepted the amount is going to be refunded to the customer within 7-10 working days through the same channel as the payment was initiated.

WARRANTY POLICY:

Depending on the amenities, warranty shall follow the warranty and applicable terms and conditions as provided by our ParkCity resort.
