GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS (FOR GUEST):

• All rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 15% VAT.
• The above rates include complimentary breakfast for two (2) persons per room. Additional breakfast will be charged at applicable rates.
• Check-In time is 2:00 pm hours & Check-out time is 11:59 am hours. Half Day charge will be applicable for late Check-out
• after 12.00pm hours. Early Check-in and Late Check-out is subjected to a full night charge. (Subject to availability)
• Usually only two (2) persons are permitted per room in the Hotel Suites. However, if an extra person is to stay BDT.2000++ (inclusive one extra breakfast) to be charged for an extra bed in limited basis.
• There is no provision for Drivers and maids inside the resort area. However, we can arrange rooms for Drivers in separate place of the resort as dormitory system (cost approximately Tk. 80o net full board basis) if we are notified in advance.
• We are unable to confirm any request of smoking / non-smoking and bed type preferences, which are subject to availability of the preferred room type at the time of check-in.
• In case of smoking in a non-smoking room, a surcharge of BDT. 2000/= will be applied upon check out.
• Pets and outside foods are strictly prohibited.
• Valid Photo ID is a MUST at the time of Check-In.
• The Reservation & Cancellation policy will be applicable as per ParkCity Resort’s policy.

Important: Money and other valuables are brought to the ParkCity Resort at the guest’s sole risk. The ParkCity Resort and/or the management accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage there to and guests remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of any such items.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS (FOR SHOOTING RESERVATION):

• The Shooting Company/Organization including their Artists & Celebrities must follow the Mandatory Rules & Regulations of the Resort attached to this form.
• All rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 15% VAT.
• Check-In time is 12:00 pm hours & Check-out time is 11:59am hours. Half Day charge will be applicable for late Check-out
• after 12.00pm hours. Early Check-in and Late Check-out is subjected to a full night charge. (Subject to availability)
• A sum of 5o% of the total applied rent must be paid in advance 24 hours before starting of the shooting activities.
• All types of garbages, rubbishes and waste materials must be cleaned and cleared before Checking out of the site at the sole responsibility of the shooting company/organization.
• Shooting company/organization must not be allowed to shoot or create any content which is against the Laws of the Country and also against the social and moral values.
• There is no provision for Drivers and maids inside the resort area. However, we can arrange rooms for Drivers in separate
